Return, refund and cancellation policy:


Returns:

Books: Upon receipt of a returned book we will refund 100 per cent of the original purchase price less the postage and packaging costs. We have to receive the book in saleable condition. We do not accept returns of books that have been opened. We do not refund your return postage and packaging costs.

CD and DVD's: Upon receipt of an unopened CD or DVD we will refund 100 per cent of the purchase price less postage and packaging costs. We do not refund your return postage and packaging costs. We do not make a refund if the shrink wrapping has been removed or tampered with.
 


Damaged upon receipt: It can happen that a publication is damaged in the post. Please return the whole package to us and we will refund all your costs and send you a new copy.


Cancellations: If an order is cancelled before it is shipped we refund the full amount. If is cancelled after it is shipped we treat it as a "return."
